Soul Cove LLC is a Delaware-registered company providing organizing and decorating services. Our services are available in New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

WEBSITE USE

  • User Eligibility: There are no age restrictions for accessing our Website.

  • Account Information: Users may provide their name, address, phone number, and email address. Users may modify or delete their accounts by contacting us at support@soulcove.com.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Direct Purchases: We do not sell services directly through the Website.

  • Service Cancellations: Services can be rescheduled at anytime for no fee. Clients may cancel their services free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $250 fee.

  • Subscription Services: We offer quarterly and annual subscription services, which are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

  • No Returns or Refunds: Completed services are non-refundable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on our Website is owned by Soul Cove LLC or consists of licensed free imagery from Wix.

  • Users may not post content or submit user-generated material.

  • We do not display third-party content.

PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

  • We collect name, address, email, and phone number.

  • We share data for analytics and with email marketing partners.

  • We do not serve customers in the EU or California and are not subject to GDPR or CCPA.

  • Our Website uses cookies, and users must consent to their use.

  • A separate Privacy Policy governs our data practices.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, parties agree to resolve matters through mediation before pursuing any legal action.

  • Limitation of Liability: We disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for:

    • Any damage or injury resulting from services performed at client locations.

    • Loss of or damage to personal belongings during service.

    • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or services.

MODIFICATION TO TERMS

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

  • Users will be notified of changes via an effective date update and an email notification.

FORCE MAJEURE 

We are not liable for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, or supplier failures.
